01. The Philosophy
CycleBreak Society operates with a "Closed-Loop" Data Philosophy. We understand that our members are high-profile, high-net-worth individuals. You are sharing sensitive biometric data, vulnerable progress photos, and personal health histories. We do not view this as "marketing data"; we view it as private records. Your privacy is not a footer link; it is a prerequisite for our relationship.
02. Data Collection & Usage
To engineer your bespoke protocol, we collect and process the following categories of data:
- Identity Data: Name, timezone, and lifestyle constraints.
- Biometric Data: Weight, body measurements, and cycle tracking.
- Voluntary Data: Blood work, hormonal panels, and medical history (submitted voluntarily for analysis).
- Visual Data: Progress imagery ("Before/After" photos).
This data is used exclusively by your assigned Team (Functional Specialists and Executive Coaches) to design and adjust your protocol. It is never sold to third-party advertisers.
03. Visual Privacy (Progress Photos)
We understand that for our clientele, the leakage of progress photos is a significant concern.
Our policy is strict: Your progress photos are stored securely within our
coaching platform. They are viewed only by your coaching team for assessment purposes.
We will never publish, share, or use your photos for marketing without your explicit,
written permission. You maintain full ownership of your visual data at all times.
04. Our Digital Infrastructure
We utilize a best-in-class tech stack to ensure service delivery. By joining, you acknowledge our use of the following secure processors:
- Everfit / Coaching App: For workout and nutrition programming.
- Stripe: For PCI-compliant payment processing. We do not store your credit card details.
- Loom: For asynchronous video executive briefings.
- WhatsApp: For daily communication. (Note: WhatsApp is end-to-end encrypted).
05. International Data Transfers
CycleBreak Society operates globally (headquartered in Singapore). If you are accessing our services from the UK, EU, or USA, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside of your home country. We implement strict internal controls to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to GDPR and HIPAA requirements, regardless of where it is processed.
06. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your voluntary and coaching data for the duration of your membership to track longitudinal progress. Upon cancellation, you have the "Right to be Forgotten." You may request the permanent deletion of your client file, chat logs, and progress photos by emailing support. We will execute this deletion within 30 days, retaining only transactional data required for tax/legal compliance.
